LGBTQ+ Support

Navigating the journey to higher education whilst identifying as LQBTQ+ can be challenging. We’re here to help. Let’s connect current UEA students with your students and let everyone shine.

Our LGBTQ+ support activities link current UEA students with your students who might be seeking some additional or specific insight into student life. We’ll provide time and space to allow all of their questions to be answered and connections to be made.

To support your students, we offer:

• Student group visits – if your school has a LGBTQ+ student group then we’d love to come and work with them
• Inclusion sessions – we’ve got specific LGBTQ+ inclusion in sport workshops we can run that showcase best practice and allow your students to develop critical thinking skills
• Resources – think student profiles, videos and information and guidance on LGBTQ+ activity at UEA
