Bringing Scientists To You

Bringing Scientists To You, part of Future Me, is a series of inspirational, action-packed and interactive activities that will fire your students’ scientific imaginations. In an event that brings together schools from across the region, your students can dive into workshops, chat with scientists and find out about exciting career pathways in STEMM subjects.

We bring together schools to take part in Bringing Scientists To You – you’ll attend one of four events, whichever is closest to your school in the East, West or Central Norfolk.

We’re all about inspiring experiences. Your students are about to discover a whole new world of Science at GCSE level and we want to help make them excited for that. This activity unlocks the diversity that science has to offer, ready support your students to make informed choices about their next steps.

Expect a jam-packed day of discovery where your students will take part in workshops run by UEA academics and current UEA students, get hands-on with experiments and learn about where studying science can take you in the future. They’ll be learning new things, using new equipment and generally being wowed by all things science.
