Students will get to hear from influential people working in the creative industry, join masterclasses to gain insight into what makes award winning content and get the latest tips and practical advice for what it takes to get their first job in the media. They’ll learn how to spot fake news, plus get practical skills and create and make their own content via our workshops which include making TikToks, podcasting, storytelling, TV presenting and interviewing and much more.
Sessions are all interactive and your students will be working with both BBC professionals and our own academics. They’ll also have access to our top of the range media facilities and get a chance to visit our new home of journalism at Broadcast House to get an insight into what studying Broadcast Journalism is really like.
