UEA Applicant Support, part of Get Ahead, connects your students who have applied to UEA with our community before they embark on university life. Students will hear from academics, current students and support staff to get the low-down on all things UEA before they enrol later in the year. A smooth transition to university awaits.

Applicant support includes:

Headstart
An on-campus event for UEA offer holders. Students will get to put key skills for university success into practice, introduce them to their faculties and key support services. Throw in the chance to meet other students who will be on their course and this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Skills for success webinars
An online series that sets students up with the key skills they’ll need at university – UEA staff and academics are on hand to guide the way.
Buddy SU
A helping hand from a current UEA students over the summer before starting university is what’s on offer. Someone who has been there and done that to support and guide through results day, the summer preparation and starting life at UEA.
